Request deletion of your data in compliance with privacy regulations
There are two different things you might want. They delete different amounts of data.
Disconnect a single social account and delete everything we hold for it, while keeping your Planify account and other connections.
Takes effect immediately. Do this from Settings → Accounts, or by removing Planify in the platform's own app settings.
Erase your Planify account entirely. This removes everything above, for every platform, plus:
Runs after a 7-day grace period so you can change your mind. Use the options below.
If you remove Planify from your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we immediately delete all data we obtained from that platform — access tokens, profile and Page details, records of posts we published, and performance insights. We issue a confirmation code and a status URL so you can verify it was done.
That request covers your Meta data only. Your Planify account, your drafts, and any other connected platforms stay intact by design. If you want everything erased, use the full account deletion options below.
Your account will be scheduled for deletion with a 7-day grace period. You can cancel anytime during this window.
